          *ENDED* Competition Terms and Conditions

          1. TGI Fridays™ Cyprus is the exclusive Organizer and responsible for conducting the competition, while ELAIS UNILEVER HELLAS S.A. is only the Prize Sponsor and provides the prizes to TGI Fridays™ Cyprus, which will distribute them to the competition winners at its discretion.
          2. The competition is open to citizens of Cyprus aged 18 or older.
          3. Participants must be registered on the Fridays™ Cyprus Rewards App.
          4. To enter the draw, participants must try one of the new starters listed on the Taco Boss Menu and scan their receipt in the Fridays™ Cyprus Rewards App within 48 hours.
          5. The competition runs from October 7th to November 10th, 2024.
          6. Bills/Checks cannot be split or divided to increase the number of entries.
          7. Two winners will each win a tech package consisting of one Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max (256GB), one pair of Apple AirPods 3rd Gen, and one Apple Watch SE 40mm.
          8. Winners will be selected randomly on November 13th, 2024.
          9. The prizes will be delivered upon receipt from TGI Fridays™, as the tech packages are pre-ordered and may not be available by the date of the winners' announcement.
          10. Winners will be notified via the contact details (phone number/email) provided during app registration.
          11. Winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received within this timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.
          12. Contact details collected through the Fridays Cyprus Rewards App will be used solely for app registration and prize notification.
          13. TGI Fridays™ reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
          14. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.


          *ΈΧΕΙ ΛΗΞΕΙ* Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις Διαγωνισμού

          1. Η TGI Fridays™ Cyprus είναι ο αποκλειστικός Διοργανωτής και υπεύθυνη για τη διεξαγωγή του διαγωνισμού, ενώ η ELAIS UNILEVER HELLAS A.E είναι μόνο Δωροθέτης και παρέχει τα δώρα στην TGI Fridays™ Cyprus για να τα διαθέσει κατά τη διακριτική της ευχέρεια στους νικητές του διαγωνισμού.
          2. Ο διαγωνισμός αφορά κάτοικους της Κύπρου ηλικίας 18 ετών και άνω.
          3. Οι συμμετέχοντες πρέπει να είναι εγγεγραμμένοι στην εφαρμογή Fridays Cyprus Rewards.
          4. Για να λάβουν μέρος στον διαγωνισμό, οι συμμετέχοντες πρέπει να δοκιμάσουν ένα από τα νέα Τάκος που βρίσκονται στο μενού Taco Boss και να σαρώσουν την απόδειξή τους στην εφαρμογή Fridays™ Cyprus Rewards εντός 48 ωρών.
          5. Η διάρκεια του διαγωνισμού είναι μεταξύ 7 Οκτωβρίου και 10 Νοεμβρίου 2024.
          6. Οι αποδείξεις/λογαριασμοί δεν μπορούν να χωριστούν ή να διαιρεθούν για να αυξήσουν τον αριθμό των συμμετοχών.
          7. Δύο νικητές θα λάβουν ο καθένας ένα πακέτο τεχνολογίας που θα περιλαμβάνει ένα Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max (256GB), ένα Apple AirPods 3ης γενιάς και ένα Apple Watch SE 40mm.
          8. Τα πακέτα τεχνολογίας που θα λάβουν οι νικητές έχουν προπαραγγελθεί και η ακριβής ημερομηνία αποστολής τους δεν έχει γνωστοποιηθεί στους διοργανωτές του διαγωνισμού. Ως εκ τούτου, η ημερομηνία παραλαβής των πακέτων από τους νικητές ενδέχεται να διαφέρει από την ημερομηνία ανακοίνωσης των νικητών.
          9. Οι νικητές θα επιλεχθούν τυχαία στις 13 Νοεμβρίου 2024.
          10. Οι νικητές θα ειδοποιηθούν μέσω των στοιχείων επικοινωνίας (τηλέφωνο/ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο) που παρέχονται κατά την εγγραφή στην εφαρμογή.
          11. Οι νικητές πρέπει να απαντήσουν στην ειδοποίηση εντός 48 ωρών για να διεκδικήσουν το βραβείο τους. Εάν δεν ληφθεί απάντηση εντός αυτού του χρονικού διαστήματος, θα επιλεγεί εναλλακτικός νικητής.
          12. Τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας που συλλέγονται μέσω της εφαρμογής Fridays Cyprus Rewards θα χρησιμοποιηθούν αποκλειστικά για την εγγραφή στην εφαρμογή και για την ειδοποίηση των νικητών.
          13. Τα TGI Fridays διατηρούν το δικαίωμα να τροποποιήσουν ή να ακυρώσουν τον διαγωνισμό οποιαδήποτε στιγμή.
          14. Με τη συμμετοχή τους, οι συμμετέχοντες συμφωνούν με αυτούς τους όρους και προϋποθέσεις.
