To mark this milestone, we’ve created a limited-time menu that brings back two beloved classics and introduces one exciting newcomer, a tribute to where we started and a taste of where we’re going.

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

A Fridays original, first served when we opened our doors in Cyprus in 1996.

Back then it made its mark, and now, 30 years later, it returns to celebrate our journey.

Tender, thinly sliced steak stacked high with melted American cheese, sautéed peppers and onions, finished with a drizzle of Sriracha aioli. Served in toasted ciabatta bread with seasoned fries on the side.

Big flavor. No compromises. A true classic, back where it belongs.

    Sizzling Chicken & Cheese

    A true Fridays classic that made its mark in Cyprus in 2014. 🍽️

    It’s loud. It’s legendary. It hits the table still sizzling. Garlic-marinated chicken breasts topped with melted American, Monterey Jack and Cheddar, served on a hot skillet with peppers, onions and creamy mashed potatoes. Just the way you remember it, still stealing the show.

      Chicken Waffle Stack

      A bold newcomer created by our Cyprus team in 2026 for this special celebration. 

      Sweet meets savory in the ultimate stack. Crispy Nashville-glazed chicken, bacon, fried egg, melted American cheese, guacamole and Sriracha aioli pressed between golden waffles and drizzled with syrup.

      It’s bold. It’s loaded. It’s made to make noise. 🧇

        Iconic G&Ts Return

        No celebration is complete without a toast.
        Purple Reign Gin & Tonic and Limoncello Gin & Tonic are back, bold, refreshing and made to celebrate. Because no Fridays milestone happens without a proper cheers.
